Brentwood Park

This extensive residential renovation reimagines a large colonial-style home in Brentwood Park, balancing the preservation of its formal front facade with a restructuring of the rear. Driven by the client’s desire to align the residence with a new life chapter, the project involved reorganizing the ground floor to better separate public living areas from service spaces. This strategic layout establishes direct connections to the surrounding gardens, significantly enhancing the home’s capacity for entertaining. Upstairs, the private suite was elevated into a personal retreat characterized by lighter architecture and raised ceilings, creating expansive, tailored spaces that offer a serene backdrop for everyday life.
